It is a big problem to furniture buyer.Some buyers completely believe factory,no any inspection from placing order to the cargo on board.No, it is wrong.So this buyers always received bad quality furniture in their warehouse.Furniture is not the product as electronic products .they can be tested by apparatus.Fuerniture just can be inspected by people.If no this inspection .almost all factories have no standard to it .Maybe you have signed one color or pre-production for them.but it is no use.nobody can follow it.it is made by people,a long time process and long production line .it is very different to control.One step is wrong,everything is wrong.nobody will remake it ,the cost is too high.boss will not accept it.So mending is the only way factory will choose.Anybody can believe mending can produce high qulity products? no ,nobody.
So please hire one person to help you inspection the cargo in production line everyday just after they begin to prepare the materials.
No factory can be completely trusted.It is also the reason why you received so many trial order.no repeat at all.
